Stores¶
A Store is a tenant — an independent business account on the platform with its own contacts, channels, inbox, and campaigns.
Viewing all stores¶
Go to Admin Panel → Stores to see a table of all stores with:
- Store name
- Assigned phone number
- Active SMS plan
- Status (active / inactive)
- Creation date
Creating a store manually¶
- Go to Admin Panel → Stores
- Click Add Store
- Fill in:

- Click Save
After creating the store, create at least one user for it in Admin Panel → Stores → Edit Store → Users.
Editing a store¶
Click any store row to open its details. You can modify:
- Store name and contact info
- Assigned phone number
- SMS plan and credit balance
- Status
Deactivating a store¶
Set the store status to Inactive. Users of that store will not be able to log in until the store is reactivated.
SMS plans¶
Each store is subscribed to an SMS Plan that defines:
- Monthly SMS credit allowance
- Overage rules
- Price per segment
Plans are managed in Admin Panel → SMS Plans. To change a store's plan, edit the store and select the new plan.
Store billing¶
View a store's billing history in Admin Panel → Store Billing. This shows:
- Subscription invoices
- Credit top-ups
- Payment records
Automated store creation¶
Stores can also be created automatically when a customer completes a Stripe checkout. See Automated Provisioning.
