First Steps

1. Log in

Go to your NotifyBulk URL (e.g. https://admin.notifybulk.com) and enter your email and password.

Multi-Factor Authentication

If MFA is enabled on your account, you will be prompted for a one-time code after entering your password.


2. Connect a channel

Before you can send or receive messages, you need to connect at least one channel.

Go to Inbox → Channels and choose the channel type you want to set up.

Channel What you need
SMS A phone number assigned to your store
WhatsApp A Meta Business Account + WhatsApp Business phone number
Instagram A Facebook Page linked to an Instagram Business Account
Facebook Messenger A Facebook Page
Telegram A Telegram Bot Token (from @BotFather)

3. Add contacts

Go to Contacts → Customers and add contacts manually, or import a CSV file.

See Import Contacts for the required CSV format.


4. Send a message

From the Inbox

  1. Go to Inbox
  2. Click New Conversation
  3. Select the channel, enter the phone number, and write your message
  4. Click Send

Via SMS Campaign

  1. Go to Marketing → SMS Campaigns
  2. Click New Campaign
  3. Select a contact group, write your message, and schedule or send immediately

5. View replies

All replies arrive in Inbox in real time. Click any conversation to read and respond.
