WordPress & WooCommerce¶
The NotifyBulk plugin connects your WordPress or WooCommerce site to your NotifyBulk account. From a single plugin you get Email and SMS notifications, a live web chat, and automatic contact capture — no SMTP server and no separate live-chat tool.
Requires a NotifyBulk account. Free and paid plans are available.
What it does¶
- Email & SMS notifications on every key event in your site, using your own branded templates.
- Branded email without SMTP. Replace WordPress's default email delivery with your NotifyBulk account in one click — no mail server or SMTP plugin required.
- Live chat on your site that lands in your NotifyBulk Inbox. See Web Chat.
- Contact capture. Registrations, orders and form submissions can add the person to your NotifyBulk contacts, ready for campaigns.
Notification events¶
For each event you can assign an email template, an SMS template, or both. Templates use {{variable}} placeholders (order number, customer name, total, and more) that you define in your NotifyBulk dashboard.

Getting started¶
- Install and activate the NotifyBulk plugin in your WordPress site (Plugins → Add New).
- Open NotifyBulk → Settings in your WordPress admin sidebar.
- Paste your API token — find it in your NotifyBulk dashboard under Account → Integrations → WordPress Plugin — and click Verify connection.
- Turn on the events you want and assign each one an email and/or SMS template.
- (Optional) Open NotifyBulk → Live Chat to enable the Web Chat widget and set your office hours.
No SMTP credentials, no webhook configuration, and no third-party SMTP plugin needed.
Live chat from WordPress¶
The plugin can show the Web Chat widget on your site without any code. From NotifyBulk → Live Chat you set:
- Accent and header color, with a live preview.
- Button position (bottom-right or bottom-left) and a custom welcome message.
- Office hours — outside your schedule the widget shows an offline form that captures name, email and message.
Your conversation credit balance is shown right in the WordPress admin.
Languages¶
The plugin ships with full English and Spanish translations (including Latin American locales).
Data and privacy¶
The plugin connects to the NotifyBulk API to deliver its functionality. Data is only sent when you connect an account and enable a feature — for example, a recipient's email/phone and the event details when a notification is sent, or a visitor's message and contact details when they use the live chat.
