Getting Started¶
What you need¶
Before logging in, make sure you have:
- Your login credentials (email + password) provided by your administrator
- Access to at least one messaging service account (a phone number for SMS, Meta Business for WhatsApp/Instagram/Messenger, or a Telegram bot token)
Platform concepts¶
Store¶
A Store represents your business account within NotifyBulk. Everything — contacts, channels, campaigns, conversations — belongs to a store. If you manage multiple brands, each can have its own store.
Channel¶
A Channel is a messaging service connected to your store. You can connect multiple channels of different types (SMS + WhatsApp + Telegram) to the same store.
Inbox¶
The Inbox is where all inbound conversations land. Regardless of which channel a customer messages you on, the conversation appears in a single unified view.
Campaign¶
A Campaign is a bulk message sent to a group of contacts. Campaigns can be SMS or email, one-time or scheduled.
Account roles¶
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access to all settings, channels, campaigns, and contacts |
| Agent | Access to inbox and conversations only |
| Super Admin | Platform-level admin: manages all stores, billing, and platform config |
