Branding¶
Customize how your platform looks to customers and how your brand appears in outgoing communications.
Accessing branding settings¶
Go to Settings → Branding (or System → Branding depending on your menu).
Brand fields¶

| Brand Name | Your company or brand name — shown in the platform and outgoing emails |
| Logo | Uploaded image shown in the header and email footers |
| Favicon | Small icon shown in browser tabs |
| Primary Color | Accent color used in buttons and highlights |
| Email Footer Text | Text shown at the bottom of all outgoing campaign emails |
| Support Email | Shown in footer and auto-reply messages |
| Website URL | Your main website link |
How recipients see your brand¶
The brand name and logo appear in:
- The From display name of email campaigns
- The email footer of every campaign email
- Any automated notification emails (password reset, welcome email)
For SMS and WhatsApp, recipients see your registered business name or phone number as set up with the respective carrier or messaging platform.
Uploading a logo¶
- Click Upload Logo
- Select an image file (PNG or SVG recommended)
- Minimum size: 200×60 px
- Maximum file size: 2 MB
The logo is stored and used automatically across the platform.
White-label setup¶
If you are operating NotifyBulk as a white-label platform for your clients, each Store can have its own branding. Configure per-store branding in Admin Panel → Stores → Edit Store → Branding.
The platform-level branding (set here) applies to the admin dashboard itself.
