Cancel Account¶
Cancelling your subscription¶
To stop billing without deleting your account, cancel your subscription from Settings → Billing.
Your plan stays active until the end of the current period. After that, SMS sending is disabled but your data (contacts, conversations, campaigns) is preserved.

Deleting your account¶
To permanently delete your store and all associated data:
- Go to Settings → Cancel Account
- Read the warning — this action is irreversible
- Enter your password to confirm
- Click Delete Account
What gets deleted: - All contacts and groups - All conversations and messages - All campaigns and templates - All channel configurations - Your user account
What is not deleted: - Billing records (retained for accounting purposes) - Sent message logs (retained per legal requirements)
This cannot be undone
Once you delete your account, there is no way to recover your data. Export anything you need before proceeding.
Exporting your data before cancelling¶
Before deleting:
- Contacts — go to Contacts → Customers → Export to download a CSV
- Campaign history — screenshot or export reports from Marketing
- Conversation logs — available in Phone → SMS Log
