Plans & Subscriptions

Manage your SMS plan, view credit balance, and handle your subscription from Settings → Billing.


Current plan

The billing page shows your active plan at a glance:

Info Description
Plan name The SMS package you're subscribed to
Credits remaining SMS credits left in the current period
Credits used Credits consumed so far
Expiry / Next renewal When the current period ends or renews
Billing interval Monthly or annual

A progress bar shows credit usage visually — green when you have plenty, turning amber as you approach the limit.


Available plans

Below your current plan, all available plans are listed with:

  • Included SMS credits per period
  • Price (monthly and annual options if available)
  • Included features

Annual plans offer a discounted rate compared to paying monthly.


Subscribing to a plan

If your store has no active plan:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Browse the available plans
  3. Select Monthly or Annual billing
  4. Click Subscribe
  5. You'll be redirected to a secure checkout page
  6. Complete payment — your plan activates immediately

Upgrading or changing your plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Find the plan you want to switch to
  3. Click Subscribe — this starts a new subscription and cancels the previous one

Note

When upgrading, your new plan activates immediately. Credits from the previous plan are not carried over.


Cancelling your subscription

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm the cancellation

Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your store will have no active plan and SMS sending will be disabled until you re-subscribe.

Re-activating

If you cancelled by mistake, click Reactivate before the period ends to resume your subscription without interruption.


Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You'll receive an email confirmation before and after renewal.

To stop automatic renewal, cancel your subscription — it stays active until the period ends and then stops.


Billing history

A table at the bottom of the billing page lists all past transactions. Contact your administrator if you need a formal invoice.
