Integrations¶
NotifyBulk connects with several third-party services to deliver messages across channels.
Messaging¶

Channel connections are managed per store in Inbox → Channels.
Email delivery¶
Email campaigns are delivered through a configured email service. No action is required from end users — this is configured by your platform administrator.
Payments¶
Subscription billing is handled via Stripe. You can view your billing history and manage your subscription in Settings → Billing.
Connecting a channel¶
To connect or reconnect a messaging channel, go to Inbox → Channels and follow the steps for each channel type:
Platform configuration
API keys, email servers, and other platform-level settings are managed by your Super Administrator. Contact them if a service is not working correctly.
