My Profile¶
Update your personal information and login credentials from your account profile.
Accessing your profile¶
Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then select Edit Profile (or go to Settings → Edit Profile).
Profile fields¶

Click Save after making changes.
Changing your password¶
- Go to Settings → Change Password (or System → Change Password)
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password
- Confirm the new password
- Click Update Password
Password requirements: - Minimum 8 characters - At least one uppercase letter - At least one number
Warning
After changing your password, you will remain logged in on the current session. Other active sessions may be invalidated depending on platform settings.
Forgotten password¶
If you can't log in because you forgot your password, click Forgot Password on the login page. Enter your email address and you'll receive a reset link.
If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact your administrator.
