Thank You Page¶
The Thank You Page is shown to contacts after they successfully submit your Opt-in Form. Customize it to match your brand and set expectations.
Accessing the editor¶
Go to Stores → Thank You Page (or Settings → Thank You Page).
Customization options¶

| Heading Color | Color of the heading text |
| Body Text | Secondary message or next steps (e.g. "Expect exclusive deals soon.") |

| Page Background | Full-page background — solid color or image |
| Background Image | Upload a JPG/PNG for the page background |
Best practices¶
- Keep the heading short and celebratory — confirm the action was successful
- Use the body text to set expectations: when will they hear from you, what kind of messages to expect
- Match colors to your brand for a seamless experience
- If you have a special offer for new subscribers, mention it here
Example:
Heading: You're in!
Body: Welcome to the Acme VIP list. You'll be the first to hear about our exclusive deals, sent straight to your phone. Expect your first message within 24 hours.
