Admin Panel

The Admin Panel is accessible only to Super Admin users — the platform operators who manage all stores on the platform.

If you are a store-level Admin or Agent, you do not have access to this section. For platform-level issues (SMS not working, email delivery problems, channel configuration errors), contact your Super Administrator.

Multi-tenant architecture

The platform is multi-tenant. Each Store is isolated:

  • Own contacts and groups
  • Own channel configurations
  • Own inbox and conversations
  • Own campaigns

Super Admins can view and access all stores. Store-level Admins can only see their own store's data.
